At Pillows.com, we want you to experience the perfect night's sleep; if your new bedding isn't a dream come true, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely repackage your pillows in their original box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Please ensure the return label is clearly visible on the outside of the carton.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
